  This Zales is absolutely awful, and I fear it is mostly due to its unprofessional manager. I recently brought in an insured ring (due to a small indentation in the stone), and was immediately met with unprofessionalism and resistance from the store manager. Instead of offering me service, he told me that he couldn't address my "issue" until Monday because of Valentine's Day weekend. I reminded him that it was Tuesday and with Valentine's Day being Wednesday, it made no sense that he couldn't help me with my matter. He then apologized and said that he thought it was Friday, but then went on to say that he couldn't call the insurance line "until a few days have passed" because he wouldn't be in the store. When I finally lost it on him, telling him that it was absurd that customers are asked to work around his vacation schedule, he FINALLY started working on my replacement. Also, the kicker was that I literally had no idea that he was the manager because he had to constantly ask his employee for directions on how to do ANYTHING! When he was on the phone filing my claim, I asked the other store employee if I could speak to the manager. He (shockingly) said that the person I was "working" with was the store manger. I nearly cringed, yet still asked for a customer complaint line. Luckily, I got a phone number, and I will not hesitate to use it. Do NOT go to this Zales location; there is a reason why they have such poor ratings. If the manager is THIS incompetent and lazy, how can an example be set for any of the store employees?

  This Place stinks!!! Look at the PICTURE the bracelet snapped right at the joint were it was brazed together!! MY daughter only had it for 2 months and Zale's management said I should have gotten the warranty! so I bought the warranty for $29.99 the sent it to be fixed. I waited over 3weeks (no response from Zale's) so I call them. They could not find it ect. Manger was total jerk!! but I guess now they are ordering a new one now. I told them it was spotty workmanship on the bracelet they still said I had to buy warranty! Then why could they not if it????? Use caution!!!
