  Staff is extremely helpful! They are very attentive to the customers and they stand behind their product. The clothes can be expensive but they are good quality. If there is an issue with quality employees are very helpful in rectifying the situation. Love shopping here!

  They've got a better variety of styles than they used to. It used to feel strictly punk, the plus size Hot Topic, but there are some softer styles now and that's nice. I've had some issues with poor quality, dresses falling apart after the first wash even when following washing instructions. I also wasn't able to get a refund because I was told they didn't refund clearance. The prices are also way too high, especially for the quality. Supply and demand is one thing but it almost feels like they're taking advantage of the fact that plus size women don't have a lot of in-store options.
