  DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. All the self service printers would not recognize USB or credit cards so I was unable to print. I asked the staff for an alternative option and they said they it would be at least an hour to print a simple 13 page power point I had on a USB. 2 staff members hid from me while I waited at the register. I had to literally say " you are looking at me and I can see you will you please help me check out?" The staff and management is unprofessional as if noone has a clue what " customer service" means. I went to the UPS store and was treated with respect. Worst experience I have had in a store in Years!!!!!!!!!
