  Petland Novi always has a great selection of puppies to choose from. Before purchasing our puppy, we would always walk in to look and see what they had available, and always ended up playing with a puppy. After inquiring about purchasing I asked about the pricing, which is quite steep. For that reason alone, I did not purchase a puppy from Petland Novi. Also, we were pretty particular in what kind of dog we wanted. The package you receive when purchasing a puppy seems like a great deal, but is definitely added into the total cost of the puppy. I also had some concerns about whether some of the dogs were pure bred or mixed, as they sometimes label a certain type of dog, but it looks mixed. Those are just some things to look out for if it matters to you. Overall, Petland seems like a somewhat reasonable place to purchase a puppy from, but you can purchase a pure bred from a reputable breeder for better price.

  If every employee helps their customers like Kayla then you have excellent customer service. I would recommend Kayla anytime. She was very pleasant and knew what she was talking about. She actually shows she cares. I thought your store was very clean and all employees seemed very nice

  Got my first puppy here when I moved to my new house and have loved her ever since! Still have her and she’s such a cute loving dog! Also love how you can come play with any of the puppies of your choice when you come into the store! Such cute puppies I always end up leaving wanting all of them!!(:
