  My husband and I visited the Novi location after a very frustrating conversation with customer service that was going nowhere! Sterling and Emily were absolutely amazing! Sterling went above and beyond our expectations. He took time to talk through all of the issues we were having and patiently walked us through all of our options. He was so helpful and flexible with our crazy schedules! Emily was also very kind and patient with us.... she opened our eyes to so many design options without being pushy! This location exceeded all of my expectations and I will definitely recommend them to friend and family in the future! Thank you again Sterling for all of your patience through this crazy transaction!

  Best place to shop for furniture in town! Great selection and service and no high pressure sales! The only place I'd buy anything..... and tables, lamps and accessories galore! Friendly helpful staff. They don't work on commission, they're just there to help you make the right decision. It's not just your grandfather's recliner anymore!
