  I came here to make a custom engagement ring and had a great experience. They helped me find the perfect diamonds, provided me with multiple 3D renderings of the design that I could request changes to, and created a stunning final product. They made the whole process comfortable and easy, and for a very reasonable price. And my fiancé loved the ring!

  I had a great experience at Diamond Castle purchasing an engagement ring for my fiance. I went to 6 or 7 different stores and they didn't compare to the experience I had at Diamond Castle. All their diamonds are GIA certified and I feel confident that I received a quality diamond. Sue and Kevin were very friendly and walked me through the 4C's of buying a diamond. I highly recommend shopping for jewelry at the Diamond Castle as the service was top notch as well as what they have to offer.

  Disappointed! brought back a piece of jewelry I purchased a couple weeks ago to be customized. After picking up the piece and discovered when I got home the piece would not thread together. The jeweler knowingly sent it home with me and after I called him about the problem, they acknowledged the damage but did not offer to fix it or offer to replace it. Although it wasn't an expensive, I'd hate to think if I bought more pricier item and they messed it up that they wouldn't fix it.

  Fred, Christine, and Kevin were beyond amazing when it came to helping me select the perfect engagement ring for my girl. I had an idea in mind for what I wanted and they took the time (about 1.5 hrs) to help me select the best diamond to fit her taste and my budget. The didn't rush me at all and had an amazing selection of stones that they personally inspect for quality and value. We cannot wait to continue doing business with them for our wedding bands and beyond. Affordable payment plans and a pursuit of total customer satisfaction makes me want to come back everytime. Definitely worth checking out!
