  It pained me to rate this store and my experience a 1star..but i had an alteration done at the novi store that turned out botched up...thise jeans arent cheap! And you cant return jeans which have been altered. First of all that whole policy sucks for the consumer! The girls and guys working there act stoned..or drunk..i dont know which...can u say air heads! Plus the girl brought me like 7 pairs of shoes when i was trying on jeans...dont need shoes..just jeans..thanks. i do love the jeans in store...but be warry...it can be a nightmare.
